He’s a natural strategist that loves problem solving and is always looking for efficient and creative solutions. His precise attention to detail and drive for continual improvement sets a high standard for our team’s work, but it’s his cultivation of our work environment where people are challenged, nurtured, loved and give back to those in need that makes our company culture so unique. Steve is a hardworking leader who excels at identifying areas of need and setting strategies in motion to deliver great results. One of the keys to his effectiveness is his practice of stepping back to see through the eyes of our team and those of the clients. Steve has acquired a broad range of knowledge during his more than 20 years in the industry—most notably, how to teach adaptability and coach continual improvements to optimize client results and evolve members of our team. He’s a fan of movies and reading and enjoys fishing and BBQing.
